Tankah Bay, Quintana Roo, Mexico on the Mayan Riviera Casa Caribbean Soul is a brand new 3 bedroom home with Air Conditioning in bedrooms that is situated on a sandy beach in Tankah Bay. Tankah Bay is one of the larger bays in the area, on the Caribbean sea and is located in the state of Qintana Roo near the Yucatan Penninsula of Mexico. Casa Caribbean Soul is located south of Cancun, and in between Akumal and Tulum

Upon entering the front door of this dramatic 3 bedroom 3.5 bath villa there is a stained glass sea turtle at the front door to greet you. After entering your eyes are immediately drawn to the spectacular view of the white sandy beach and the turquoise waters of the Caribbean ocean through the floor to ceiling doors and windows in the living and dining areas of this incredible villa.
	The main living area of this home has a 30ft. ceiling with a cupola and a beautiful stained glass tiffany style dragonfly lamp that dangles elegantly by a long chain from the domed ceiling above.
Surrounded with woven reed and bamboo furniture with plush tropical print cushions, this home lives up to it's name "Caribbean Soul"! Two giant 4 ft. x 6 ft. paintings of Scarlet Macaws hang on the living room wall creating a very dramatic ambiance in the main living areas of this house. On the opposite wall hangs a tropical painting of Tucans in the jungle, with beautiful tropical light fixtures just about everywhere you really feel the soul of the Caribbean. There are 2 large sofas and 2 large chairs in the living room along with a flat screen t.v. on the adjacent wall. There is a half bath right off of the living area for your convenience.
	The kitchen is complete with everything you need to prepare meals with all new appliances, A nice selection of pots and pans and various other kitchen necessities make it a pleasure to cook in this kitchen. Sleek jade colored granite countertops and special order glass tiles complete the finished look for this functional area.
The dining room has a round glass top table for 6 with a carved palm tree base and 6 reed woven chairs with cushions and a beautiful tropical chandelier for dining. There are ocean views from every room in this exquisite house and plenty of brushed aluminum framed windows & glass doors that open directly a white sandy beach and outdoor mosaic tiled patio from the kitchen, dining rm, and living rm. Designed to maximize the natural light and tropical breezes and ocean views you get a real sense of the Caribbean here.
	The downstairs bedroom is a large room with a great ocean views and a brand new kingsize pillowtop mattress and 500 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets. Ceiling fan, and digital safe for your comfort and security in this room. You will have the convenience of stepping out to the patio and beach area directly from this room through a sliding glass door. Enjoy the private spacious bathroom and a beautiful Caribbean view as you shower in paradise.
Upstairs you will find 2 master bedrooms both complete with new kingsize pillowtop mattresses and large private bathrooms all with magnificent views of the Caribbean ocean, and walk out private balconies from each seperate bedroom over looking beautiful Tankah Bay. One room done in Caribbean turquoises, the other in rich red earth tones. All bedrooms are complete with 500 thread count egyptian cotton sheets for your sleeping comfort.	All of the bathroom countertops are finished in exquisite marble and one bathroom vanity has above counter glass vessel sinks. Each private bedroom has it's very own quiet brand new mini-split a/c for those occassional still nights. There are many ceiling fans through out the entire house and a digital personal safe for your use in every bedroom.
Follow the stairs topside to the roof and enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets,or just enjoy tropical bird watching with a 360 view of the ocean, bay, and the jungle on all sides of the house. One of the houses on Tankah Bay where you can enjoy the sunset over the water
