Caribeña, Tankah, Mexico Rental Agreement and Policies
This is an agreement between Bill-in-Tulsa.com, hereafter referred to as the Agent, and the rental property, Casa Caribeña, Tankah, Mexico hereafter referred to as the Facility, and the rental customer ______________________________, hereafter referred to as the Renter. This document defines the responsibilities, terms and conditions between the aforementioned parties regarding the rental of properties.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Cancellations received in writing, by fax or by email more than 120 daysin advance will receive a full refund minus the cost of one night’s rental. Cancellations that are received in writing, by fax or by email 60 – 119 days in advance will result in a loss of 50% of the deposit paid. Cancellations that are received in writing, by fax or by email between 30 and 59 days in advance will result in loss of 75% of the Total Rental Payment. Cancellations received in writing, by fax or by email less than 30 days in advance will result in loss of 100% of the Total Rental Payment. No credit will be given for holiday reservation cancellations. The Renter has the option of using the Rental-Cancellation Payment, less the cost of one night’s rental, as credit towards a future stay at Casa Caribeña (Price increases will apply and the difference, if there is one, paid by the Renter). This option is valid for one year, from the time of the first rental date. No refunds for acts of God, i.e. hurricanes, earthquakes, etc.

All clients are strongly urged to take out adequate insurance coverage to protect themselves against cancellation due to illness, flight cancellations, etc. In the event of a traveler becoming ill during a vacation, or having to cut their vacation short, all hospital and medical expenses are the traveler’s responsibility and said traveler(s) shall not be entitled to any refund either total or partial. Casa Caribeña’s owner’s and its employees shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays or loss of enjoyment, of any nature or kind whatsoever resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, flight cancellations or changes, strikes, labor disputes, lockouts, threats or acts of terrorism, acts of war or declared war, hurricanes or weather conditions.
Policies:
When you arrive at Casa Caribeña, you are required to leave a $200.00 U. S. refundable security deposit for any damages that may accrue during your stay. If no damages have accrued during your stay, the deposit will be returned to you upon departure.

If you would like for Lily to have a dinner prepared for you on your arrival day, please let us know. We will send you a menu to choose from.

CHECK – OUT TIME – BEFORE 10:00 AM
It is very important that you bring this confirmation letter with you when you check into Casa Caribeña .
