Tucked into the curve of the bay, on a half acre lot behind a large stone wall, Casa del Perro Feliz has one of the larger lots on the bay with 99 feet of beach frontage. The house is very comfortable and open, and was built within the trees. The sand beach, which gently slopes to the water and is the perfect place for launching one of the kayaks, snorkeling or, just taking a dip in the warm Caribbean waters. " |

The house has over 2400sq. ft. and is appointed with Mexican tile floors, Mahogany trim and doors, a "cooks" kitchen with granite countertops, marble and tile in the bathrooms, a second floor balcony and patio, and lots of windows so you can take advantage of the beautiful views surrounding it. The custom made dining room table seats 8 and the breakfast bar seats 3. All bedrooms have private baths, large closets and comfortable beds with box springs. One bedroom is on the first floor, the other two are located on the second floor adjacent to the second floor patio with views of the ocean.

| If you've never visited Tankah before, you'll be delighted to see that it is a small community of very nice, beachfront homes, three small hotels, and two restaurants, all situated on a quiet, sparkling bay, with white sand beaches. The owners have been visiting the area for over 20 years, and feel that Tankah offers the best of both worlds; nature & seclusion with nearby amenities such as shopping, restaurants and cultural sites. One can kayak or walk to Casa Cenote for a Margarita and a swim in the Cenote, or visit the Tulum Mayan Ruins, 8Kms. away. At the end of the day, relax on the rooftop sofa and watch the indigenous birds and the sun set over the jungle. The options are all yours!
