| Casa
Sombra is truly the perfect place for you, your family, and
friends. The villa is located on the sandy beaches of Aventuras
Akumal seventy miles south of Cancun. Because of our unique
design, every room displays a panoramic view of the Caribbean
sea and sky. A large seaside patio and balcony with abundant
seating available is a great place for outside dining or sun
bathing. It is also a great spot for night time stargazing,
relaxing, and sleeping. |

Three
bedrooms and baths with sleeping accommodations for 8-9 people
make it very comfortable. Every bedroom is private and has
its own bath and closet. All rooms have ceiling fans. The
two upstairs bedrooms have air-conditioning for those nights
when there is no ocean breeze.

| A
full size, fully equipped kitchen is all that is needed for
the occasional cook or the gourmet. (Cooking can be arranged
for an extra fee). Dino and Artemia will cook the entire meal
for you for a small extra fee. Imagine relaxing on the patio
while your evening meal is being prepared for you. Fresh fish
or lobster can be arranged. A friendly, "Listo", (ready)
brings you in for your feast. Afterwards go back to relaxing
while the clean up is in progress. |

Large supply of books and games
TV and VCR on request only. Satellite is available. (We have
found that some enjoy getting away from the TV for awhile.
Radio and CD player.
Fully equipped kitchen. (microwave, blender, toaster, range,
refrigerator, pots and pans, dishes, stainless, electric coffee
pot, etc.)
Three eating areas.
Seating in living room for up to 12.
Over 600 square feet of balcony.
Over 600 square feet of patio.
Hammocks on request
Beach lounge chairs
Two beach rocking chairs.
Two outdoor grills. One is Weber charcoal grill and the other
is large open pit with seating on the beach.

Liquid refreshments in refrigerator on arrival
The casa will sleep 8 comfortable. A child could sleep on
the sofa, but this is not recommend for adults.
