Owners: Bob Stephens and Jimmy Stephens.   All reservations are made via email , 2 weeks notice required. MANAGEMENT OF HOME:   Property Manager lives across the street. Her name is Mercedes de Leon. She lives and works in a small store across the street from our home. The store is open long hours and is called Carlos Omar. It is located on Calle Orion just east of Avenue Tulum (see map). She has the key and manages the property for us.
