Casa
del Mar is located on the first point of Half Moon Bay, oceanfront
and convenient to everything. There's plenty of room, too: 2
bedrooms each have king-size beds and private baths, and there's
a third bedroom queen and single bed; in all, there are 3 bathrooms.
In addition, it has a spacious living room, dining room, fully
equipped kitchen, and laundry facilities. The entire roof is
a large observatory with a beautiful view of Akumal and the
Caribbean Sea. There is also a telescope for stargazing.

This
elegant Villa was just finished in November of 1995. It features
Italian tile, coquina and Ticul marble floors as well as bathrooms
done with Mexican Talavera Tile. The Villa is furnished with
hand carved Mexican antiques. Equipped with TV/VCR, a good selection
of videotapes, CD player and library. Maid service provided
daily except for Sunday. Casa Del Mar has a resident manager
and household staff to ensure a comfortable visit.

groups, Casa del Mar may be reserved along with it's sister villa, Casa
Nicte-Ha, a lovely 3 bedroom, villa right next door. With the two
villas combined we can accomodate groups up to 13 adults and 4 children.
