All four villas have a full kitchen, living room,

dining area, sea side patio and balcony, daily maid service,

air conditioning in the bedrooms, pool and beach access. 


     Villas Flamingo, a complex of 4 individual luxury beach front villas with one common swimming pool overlooking Half Moon Bay and the Caribbean beyond, were designed for those select people who appreciate privacy and the comforts of home in paradise. These villas are for those who prefer to pay a little more than staying in a crowded condominium complex or hotel.
     Villas Flamingo are located 1/2 of a mile from Akumal Bay along the coastal inner road in the residential area. Yal Ku Cove is just 2 minutes by car or 7 minutes walking. Here you can enjoy unique snorkeling or swimming in this crystal clear natural aquarium. Cancun is 60 miles north of Akumal.

     This unique complex is well protected and private on the sandy beach section of Half Moon Bay. Each luxury Villa has an excellent view of the swimming pool, beach, and Bay. All the bedrooms have a balcony or terrace overlooking the pool and beach. Each villa has parking, outdoor grill, full kitchen, plenty of closet space, and spacious rooms with a view. Each villa is unique from the others having one, two, or three bedrooms in a Moorish Mediterranean type architecture with high domes and arches wherever you look.

     Daily maid service is provided. Bedrooms are air conditioned and all rooms have ceiling fans. As part of the residential area of Akumal, you can enjoy all the facilities available: excellent scuba diving, deep sea fishing, windsurfing, snorkeling, kayak rentals, and Robinson Crusoe tours at Akumal Dive Center. A choice of 4 restaurants, a pizza parlor, an ice cream parlor, beach bar, snack bar, 2 boutiques, a supermarket, and Mayan ruins close by: Tulum and Coba are just two of many.
 
     Across the street from Villas Flamingo are the Studios, overlooking a Cenote full of life and the mangrove beyond. The studios are for two people only, all are with kitchenette, air conditioning, ceiling fans and easy access to the beach and swimming pool.
