This spacious pool side villa is located at the La Sirena condominiums on the northern end of Half Moon Bay in north Akumal, on the Riviera Maya, Mexico. Akumal is 60 miles south of Cancun and 20 miles north of Tulum; convenient to all attractions in the 130+ kilometer long Riviera Maya. The swimming pool courtyard creates a lovely focal point and welcome opportunity for a cool swim or sunbathing session right in front of the house. The pool area is shared by neighboring two story houses that border the pool. The sea front and a large sandy tanning area on Half Moon Bay is a one minute walk through the La Sirena condo complex. 

  The villa has a fully-equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, three air conditioned bedrooms, two full bathrooms and two patios. Downstairs on the main level is a bedroom with a king size bed and another with two twin beds. Step out of the living room onto the front patio to enjoy a lovely view of the pool and gardens. There is seating on the front porch.
  Upstairs, the master bedroom suite on the second floor has a beautiful brick dome ceiling with cupola. Open the French doors to a spacious, private, balcony terrace overlooking the pool. The terrace is equipped with chaise lounges in shade or sun, and a table and chairs for outdoor dining. The master bedroom suite has a king size bed with private bathroom and love seat sitting area. Daily maid service is provided for the house as well as all sheets, towels, soaps, bottled purified drinking water, etc.

  Additional conveniences include a public telephone located at the entrance to La Sirena or you may be able to arrange for cell phone coverage with your cell service provider. Additionally, phone and internet service is a ten minute walk from the villa. Akumal offers several excellent restaurants offering casual and fine dining as well as grocery stores, gift shops, internet cafes, masseuse, ATM, money exchange, fishing charters, and dive shops all within a 20-minute walk (see links at the bottom of the page).

  Half Moon Bay is well known as a snorkeling and diving site with its calm, clear waters and beaches protected by Half Moon Bay reef. Yal ku lagoon is a three minute walk from the villa for snorkeling in placid aqua waters. Akumal has three dive centers for daily reef diving, cenote diving, sailing, fishing, snorkeling and renal equipment.
