Casa Nicte-Ha ("Water Lily" in Mayan), was designed by the noted architectural firm of I. M. Pei & Associates and has been featured in Architectural Digest. Balconies and sun decks reach out from all rooms giving each a view of the Caribbean Sea
	Casa Nicte-Ha is furnished with Mexican antiques and original paintings. It also has Mexican tile floors and Talavera tile bathrooms and kitchen.
It has a downstairs guest bedroom with twin beds and bath, a large upstairs master bedroom with king-size bed and bath, a large upstairs guest bedroom with queen-size bed and bath and also two children's alcoves each with two sets of bunk beds located adjacent to the upstairs bedrooms. All of the villa is air conditioned
The sunken living room is huge, has high ceilings and is equipped with TV, VCR, CD Player, stereo, games, etc. There are three dining areas and one indoor dining room, one outside covered patio and one outside uncovered patio and a gorgeous new swimming pool.

For Larger groups, Casa Nicte-Ha may be reserved along with it's sister villa, Casa Del Mar, a lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa right next door. With the two villas combined we can accomodate groups up to 10 adults and 6 children.
