Casa Kokai (C105) and Villa Margarita (C205), are simply THE BEST condos in the entire area. REALLY! They have the best location on the best beach, they are the largest two bedroom condos the most plush and they have wall to wall polished marble, jacuzzis inside and out tubs inside and outside, three bathrooms, complete entertainment systems, and every amenity. There is a huge new swimming pool directly next to the units, and in front of the condos we have nothing but palm trees, white sand beach and the azure Caribbean Sea. The beach is perfectly safe for kids and the coral reef directly off shore is great for snorkeling and scuba diving.

In each condo we have complete kitchen facilities (including microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker) and a formal dining room with service for six, so you can prepare your own enchiladas and mix your own margaritas. Two grocery stores are just a few steps away.

The cost for each condo is $300 a day or $1960 per week. December 15 through June 1st. During high season there is a seven day minimum. $250 a day June 2nd through December 15th. Holiday Rates apply during Christmas, New Years, and Easter. Inquire about rates. No taxes or any other extras. That price includes maid service and the service of my property managers whom I have instructed to do everything humanly possible to insure that my guests have the very best and most hassle free vacation of their life.

If your party consists of just two people, we can close off the second bedroom to make the unit a one bedroom condo. The price for one bedroom is $230 a day. Each condo is very roomy...over 1600 square feet...the largest two bedroom condos I have ever seen and by far the nicest. Each unit has a big hot tub on the veranda and three bathrooms. The marble floored, marble countered and marble walled bathrooms are works of art. In the master bathrooms, Casa Kokai has a jacuzzi tub and Villa Margarita has a deep soaking bath tub with an overhead skylight.

There is a king sized bed in each master bedroom and two full sized (or as they say in Mexico "matrimonial") beds in each of the large second bedrooms. The couches in the living rooms are also great for snoozing and each unit also has a surprisingly comfortable inflatable queen sized mattress. We spared no expenses on the furnishings. All of the mattresses and couches are top of the line and very plush. These condos are NO SMOKING for the comfort of our guests, if you must smoke please step outside onto the veranda.
