I got some great posters in San Cristobal that I would like toi get framed for the house. Anybody know of any frame shops in Playa or Tulum? I've always used a framer in Cancun but would like to avoid that if at all possible, any ideas? BTW we had to kill time yesterday while waiting for a flight, visited friends that live on the Hotel Strip in Cancun - OMG! That place is unbelievable- I haven't been there for 15 yrs. What a culture shock!!!!I'll take Tulum any day!

Hola Ann! Sorry we'll miss you this time around, we're outta here on Saturday for Merida and beyond. Have you seen Lydia? Been to the CEA festivities? Been looking for news on how the photo contest came out.

There's a new frame shop in town with a large range to choose from. It's very clean, tidy - Paré, Calle 12 between 20 and 15 avenues. At the moment the actual work is done in their Cozumel branch but they're setting up a workshop in PDC soon.

There's another on Constituyentes just west of 30th Ave, but I don't know the name of it.

Thanks Judy! I knew you'd know! Playa has grown so much I can't keep track of things any more. Joe- I am sorry we'll miss you! Haven't seen Lydia or Sharoon nor have we been to Akumal. We have had a full house and I have just not wanted to go anywhere, I have ventured into Tulum a few times and Leos for pizza and of course Pepe & Chepi's and that's it! I am way behind on my social obligations!
