1 Mixed Fruit Bowl with natural yogurt and honey, Toast, Butter and Marmalade
2 Two Eggs (any style) with refried Black Beans, Toast, Butter and Marmalade
3 Hot cakes with butter and maple syrup or honey
4 French Toast with butter and maple syrup or honey
5 Order of Bacon (two slices)
6 Hash Brown Potatoes (one patty)
7 Toast two slices, white or whole wheat, with Butter and Marmalade
Mexican:
1 Huevos a la Mexicana
Two Eggs, scrambled with Tomatoes,Serrano Peppers, Onions, Cilantro served with refried Black Beans, Flour Tortillas and Salsa “Pico de Gallo”

2 Omelet Tankah
A Two Egg omelet filled with Cheese, Chorizo, Onion, Tomatoe and topped with Pancho’s “Salsa Maya” served with Black Beans,Toast, Butter and Marmalade
