Quinta del Mar is a very private home with open access to Yal-Ku Lagoon. Enjoy sun bathing or star gazing on the large seaside terrace
Quinta del Mar can rented as either a 3 or 4 bedroom villa. Each bedroom is spacious and breezy. Quinta del Mar also offers a large dining room, living area, fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning.

Quinta del Mar is equipped with 4 1/2 baths when rented as a four bedroom home. 31/2 baths when rented as a three bedroom home. Mercedes and Alejandro, on site caretakers for over a decade, are available to prepare a delicious meal of Yucatecan or Mexican specialties on request.

We know you will enjoy Quinta del Mar's private and easy feel. Walk a few feet down the path and slip into Akumal's Yal-Ku Lagoon for a cool swim or exciting snorkel.
