South Akumal is a gated community with very good security. Our condo is situated on the north end of the building. From our balcony you have a view over the swimming pool and out to the beach and the Caribbean. The beach is raked each morning and the grounds tended daily.


 

Seven Seas #4 is a very nicely decorated condominium with 2 bedrooms and 2 spacious bathrooms. Both bathrooms have long marble countertops and the kitchen is equipped with all necessities.

 

 
Located just 1.3 km south of Akumal, this small community of luxury homes offers the perfect combination of seclusion and convenience. From our beachfront condo unit, it is a leisurely 71 footsteps (we counted!) to the crystal clear Caribbean.



 

 

 

 
The bedrooms are air conditioned for your sleeping comfort. The rest of the condo has ceiling fans. There is a TV with VCR for your entertainment.

 

A sea kayak is available at no charge for renters.
