The Seven Seas is a beautiful villa-style beach-front Condo with only 7 units, situated between the jungle and the brilliant blue sea, on a private road in a gated community just 1.5 kilometers south of the quaint beach community of Akumal. Seven Seas #1 is located on the ground floor within steps to the pool and the well-maintained beach. On the palm-lined beach you’ll find lounge chairs, and a palapa with a hammock. You can wake in the master bedroom and gaze over the pool to the astonishingly blue sea. There is an enormous, very private, covered patio, which provides for spacious entertaining or relaxation. There is a table and chairs with cushions for maximun comfort and relaxation while dining, reading or sea gazing.
Open the sliding glass doors and enjoy the fresh, clean Caribbean breeze. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and both bedrooms are air-conditioned
 
The spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed and a large en-suite bathroom. It is equipped with a TV and a DVD. The master bathroom has a shower, bath tub and comes stocked with thick fluffy towels. There is plenty of storage in the built–in closet and cedar-lined chest.
The second bedroom has 2 twin sized beds and a large en-suite bathroom with all the amenities of the master bath.
The living room sofa opens up into a double bed for additional sleeping space.
 
The bright kitchen overlooks the jungle and is fully equipped with a new four-burner stove, a large microwave, and a new large capacity refridgerator with great ice-making capabilities so you may hone your margarita skills. The sound of the exotic birds and the fountain soothe you while you cook. Purified drinking water is provided. The kitchen opens to the comfortable dining and living areas.
A barrier reef protects our bay, and Akumal has a strong ecological orientation that has kept the water in our bays crystal clear and wonderful for swimming snorkeling and diving. Our beautiful white sand beach is well tended daily and the walk into town along the beach is a perfect distance. There is delightful local shopping and restaurants and bars that you’ll return to tell your friends about.
