palapas for shade and hammock hanging next to the beach. A
grand balustrade balcony off of the whole condo provides view
of beach, sea and pool and extra area for outside activities.

fresh and stunningly tiled bathrooms and showers add extra
ambiance.
New ceiling fans enhance that breeze that flows through from
the Caribbean Sea, plus air conditioning for the warmest months.
All new appliances include Refrigerator, oven- stove, ice
cold purified water dispenser, microwave, toaster oven, toaster,
blender, coffeemaker, electric can opener, electric sandwich
maker,and stainless cooking utensils. A cook is available
for an additional charge on those days when you prefer not
to cook or eat out.
 
In
house manager and daily personal maid service will attend
to your comfort, needs, and information.
Playa Akumal, just a short way up the beach provides nine
restaurants and bars. Of course other choices are very near.
Like to tour the region? the ancient ruins of Tulum and Coba
among others, as well as caves, cenotes, and lagoons are all
an easy distance for exploring by car, bus or private tour
on the new highway.
Playa Akumal has two dive shops for rental equipment, diving
and snorkeling tours and instruction.
