We have added A/C to all rooms.

We have 5  comfortable bedrooms with  large baths, Tikal-Uxmal and Coba-Tulum have connecting doors for a Suite or Family Room. 

Our beds have box-spring support, 
not concrete, for extra comfort.

Air Conditioning as well a cross ventilation and hunter fans keep you comfortably cool all day and night

All Rooms  have a view of tankah bay,
The Caribbean Ocean and from 
the balcony,  a view of the jungle

Our new boiler supplies plenty of hot water for all our guests and our water pressure is excellent.

We have 24 / 7 electricity because when an outage occurs our 6500 watt Onan supplies our power.

There is a lock box in each room.

Our competent maids clean 
your rooms every morning,
 except Sundays.
