| This
beautiful new split-level home just completed in late 2000 is
built for relaxing, while enjoying the breezes. A walk down a
short path brings you to the surf line where you will find a hammock
or a beach chair in the shade of a thatched umbrella. There's
a stereo boom box with CD player for your listening enjoyment.

The
main living room is separated from the full kitchen by the dining
table and chairs; through the mahogany doors that open from
this living space is a beachside patio in the shade of tropical
palms, providing one more place to read, relax, and enjoy the
breeze.

| The
bedroom and bath are a couple of steps up from the main living
area and the bedroom is complete with king-size bed. The loft
bedroom houses 2 queen size beds, bringing the number of people
accommodated comfortably to six.

Tropical
Evergreens is unique in that it is one of the first homes on
the bay to be connected to the local utility company. It will
be good to know that while you are diving, swimming, sunning,
snorkeling or touring the area, your valuables are secure in
the lock box provided.

When you
feel like a special meal out, delicious seafood meals and cocktails,
are served on the beach at Oscar y Lalo's beach restaurant just
down the road. |
