Casa Soliman is a very bright and colorful house. The house is full of tropical decor. The grounds are beautifully done with sandy floor, palm trees and flowering tropical plants for shade and visual pleasure along the sandy beach shore of Soliman bay.

 
Casa Soliman has wonderful access to the bay and a large private beach access. Snorkeling is very good in front of the house. Kayaking is very good also. Kayak is provided.

Villa Soliman is a very spacious and comfortable house. This is a very nice place for family and friends. the Villa has two spacious living rooms with comfortable couches that face the Caribbean and sand. The 5 bedrooms each have private baths. The bedrooms are decorated to a different theme. Four have king size beds and one has two twin beds. The bathrooms are done in hand painted tiles and have a shower and bidet.

Two bedroom suites have their own private entrance. The kitchen was designed and decorated in the tropical Mexican style. Hand painted tiles in a rainbow of colors are in perfect harmony with the ambiance of the Mexican Caribbean. The kitchen has all the basics you'll need, including a stove top and refrigerator.


The large dining room table is well suited for groups and families to share a meal and talk about the adventures of their day. There is also Satellite TV and CD stereo for your entertainment.

The staff lives on site and provides maid service, gardening and night time security. Maintenance is performed daily. A local dive shop is a short walk down the beach at Palapas Caribe. Villa Soliman is located just 15 minutes north of the Mayan Ruins of Tulum and the freshwater cenotes of Tulum. An excellent seafood beach restaurant, Oscar Y Lalo's, is just a 2 minute walk away.

Rates are per week in US dollars. Maximum 10 guests. Minimum 7 night stay. No pets.
$500 cash security deposit required upon check in.
Deposit will be returned before you depart, barring any undo damage.
